Project Managers are the primary point of contact for the client and is responsible for facilitating integrated project delivery, oversight and project management of all phases of project life-cycle. The goal is to ensure optimal project performance including overseeing project scope and profitability, managing resource utilization, meeting key timelines and milestones. complying with quality and compliance standards, and achieving high level of client satisfaction.
Project management encompasses the organization and delivery of all core service offerings including, but not limited to the following outlined below, based on contracts executed between the company and it's clients, tailored to specific projects.
General Project Management
Lead the customization of key control documents.
Develop and manage project timelines
Lead internal and external conference calls
Set clear expectations for the team and establish roles and responsibilities
Demonstrate an understanding of client needs and manage satisfaction relative to high-quality deliverables.
Ensure profitability and utilization targets are met within the scope of the work and budget.
Communicate milestone billing completion to the Finance Dept
Coordinate and communicate with clients and all other stakeholders.
Prepare project status documents and reports
Assist in closing down and archiving systems
Routinely track budget items and facilitate reconciliation for all services against scopes of work.
Coordinate, schedule and maintain a series of global training programs for raters working on clinical research studies.
Assist in the development of rater training presentations and prepare documents.
Facilities large scale training events.
Work with 3rd party vendors to set up the eLearning work-space for raters according to project specifications.
Coordinate distribution of materials to system end users.
Manage escalations of issues as outlines in the project plan.
Organize, coordinate and oversee translation, clinical review and linguistic validation process.
coordinate activities related to licensing, budgeting, and distribution of scales.
Provide oversight for distribution and shipment of scale binders through 3rd party vendors.
Clinical Data Sciences:
Create, implement, and maintain the project management and operational support components involved in expert review and consensus rating support for study sites.
Communicate with key technology vendors.
Create, test, and implement processes and workflow to support seamless management of clinical quality assurance data in study.
Lead and coordinate orientation for study site personnel and remote raters on equipment usage and workflow responsibilities for in-study activities.
Set out pre-production, production and post-production objectives and timeline in accordance to project timeline and key milestones.
Manage the timeline and cost of vendors conducting production and translation of all training materials.
3 years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical services industry or in a related industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, organization, interpersonal skills and ability to work with people form variety backgrounds.
Fluency in English required and multilingual fluency is a plus.
